No matter whether you would like to enjoy a light and modern cuisine or taste our regional delicacies - we like to please you with variety. Of course a good wine always goes with good food. Restaurant Wahlster offers exquisite vines which are mainly produced in our region. If you prefer a hearty "Brotzeit" you can also choose among four sorts of draft beer.

Below you will find several menu suggestions for your event or conference. Of course, all courses of the different menus can be interchanged among each other. The given selection is only a basic concept of our capabilities. Of course we stand by for your individual wishes.

* Pastry cooks appreciate the French Valhrona-couvertere, because it is considered one of the best of the world. The high percentage of cocoa butter makes sure, that the couverture melts in the mouth. Valhrona chocolate is the "Rolls Royce in the world of chocolate".
